In 2016 we had one dream — a football club where the player matters more than the result. Today we have 11 teams and more than 300 players. A look back at summer camp and the start of the season, our new competitive U11 team, and club kit to order.
A new school year means a new season — and this one will be a little different from all the ones before it. Ambassadors FC Praha is ten years old.
Ten years since one dream
When we started out in 2016, we had one dream: to build a football club where the player matters more than the result. From a small group of enthusiasts, we have grown into a club that today has:
- 11 teams, 6 of them playing in leagues
- more than 300 players
- 25 coaches
- many parents, volunteers and supporters
The start of this season has reminded us once again how far we have come together — and how grateful we are for every one of you.
Summer camp in Křečkov
Before the league seasons got fully under way, the A team, U19 and U17 headed to Křečkov for their summer training camp: a few intense days full of training sessions, matches and, above all, time together.
A team
A select squad of 20 players took part in the A team's camp, completing seven training sessions and two friendlies in four days. Alongside the football, the players could join a shared Christian programme that built both faith and character — and there was plenty of time to be together and have fun off the pitch.
U19
Over six days the U19 team completed nine training sessions and played three matches — one defeat, one draw and one win. The Christian programme was led by Petr Plaňanský, pastor of KS Nymburk, who guided the players towards faith and working together.

U17
Over five days the U17 team worked on game situations and a new formation. During the shared sessions the players had the chance to reflect on themselves and on the character of God. The main aim was to bring the team together and get it ready for the new season.

The new season is under way
We started the new season together with the new school year. The first training sessions were followed by the first matches for all our competitive teams, who now take on sides from all over Prague every weekend and battle for points in their leagues.
The A team deserves a special mention for a superb start: after three rounds it had a perfect nine points, 18–1 on goals and top spot in the table — and in round four it added a 7–0 win at Uhelné sklady. Read more in Three from three and Goal rush at Uhelné sklady.
A new competitive U11 team
We are marking our tenth anniversary in our own way — by founding a new competitive U11 team. From this season it is the sixth team representing Ambassadors in league football. Players aged 9 to 11 will get their first taste of competitive football, with the first league matches of their lives ahead of them.

It is another big step in building a safe club structure in which players can grow up with us, from the youngest age groups all the way to adult football. Find out more on the U11 team page.
A big thank-you goes to our coaches, who look after the players in all our teams not only as footballers but are there for them in other areas of their lives as well.
Club kit
Orders are now open for Adidas training wear in Ambassadors FC Praha colours. It is for all the club's players, coaches, parents, fans and friends — and for the first time the range includes the match shirt, in blue or black, with printing on the back.
Orders close on 9 October 2026; the next chance to order will be in March 2027.
- Order form for adults (in Czech)
- Order form for children (in Czech)

Thank you for your support, and we wish you a successful start to the new school year.
With best wishes on behalf of all our leaders and coaches, Honza Němeček, Director of Ambassadors Football Czech Republic, and Lukáš Kozák, Chairman of Ambassadors FC Praha.
