U13

Competitive and non-competitive team for players born 2014–2015, open to Ukrainian players too.

Who is the team for?

Since last season, 2025/2026, we've also been competing in this age category, though players can take part without playing matches too.

In the 2026/2027 school year, the team is for boys and girls born between 2014 and 2015. Exceptions will be considered individually.

This team is unique in being more open to children from Ukraine. About half of its players are Czech and half are Ukrainian.

When and where does training take place?

In the 2026/27 season, U13 will train up to three times a week (i.e. once, twice, or three times).

Training will take place:

  • Every Monday from 4:30–6:00 PM at: Sportovní areál TJ Bohemians Praha – Slovenská, Slovenská 2205/2, 101 00 Praha 10 – Vinohrady.
  • Every Wednesday from 4:30–6:00 PM at: TJ Sokol Vinohrady, Polská 1533/1, 120 00 Praha 2 – Vinohrady.

Thursday training sessions are reserved for players who take part in matches. Due to pitch capacity, these sessions will take place at two different locations:

  • from August 27 through the end of October, and from April to June: every Thursday from 4:30–6:00 PM at the SK GORDIC Praha Kačerov pitch, Za Mlýnem ev. č. 101, 147 00 Praha 4 – Braník.
  • from the beginning of November through the end of March: every Thursday from 4:30–6:00 PM at Sportovní areál TJ Bohemians Praha – Slovenská, Slovenská 2205/2, 101 00 Praha 10 – Vinohrady.

Training runs throughout the school year, except for public holidays and school breaks. Up-to-date information on training locations is always available in the KIS app, and we'll let you know about any changes by email.

We reserve the right to change the training location due to operational issues (e.g. problems caused by facility operators). We reserve the right to cancel training in cases of force majeure, such as bad weather, illness among the coaching staff, and other circumstances beyond our control. If training isn't possible for an extended period, we'll refund a proportional part of the fees.

Studded football boots aren't allowed on the pitch. Turf shoes are the most suitable footwear.

When and where do matches take place?

The team takes part in matches in a league run by the Prague Football Association. Registered players follow the club's KIS app and the coaches' instructions.

What does training involve?

We spend about half of training time on football training. At this age it's still about developing individual technique, but the emphasis is mainly on shared team skills, where players learn to work together and play under pressure.

In the second half of training, players play football, where we emphasize carrying skills over from the training portion into actual play, both individually and as a team.

As a Christian football club, we want to develop not just the physical (football) side of our players, but the spiritual side too. That's why training also includes a short reflection from the coaches. We always aim to explain the idea in a way that's clear for the children's age and mindful that they come from different backgrounds. We share biblical truths applied to life, drawing on the Bible, other stories, and our own experience. The reflection is always open to parents. In some teams, training also includes a short prayer.

How much does it cost?

We charge players a total contribution toward pitch rental of:

  • 1 training session/week: 2,600 CZK/half-season
  • 2 training sessions/week: 4,800 CZK/half-season
  • 3 training sessions/week: 6,700 CZK/half-season
  • 2 training sessions + matches: 7,000 CZK/half-season
  • 3 training sessions + matches: 8,900 CZK/half-season

We reserve the right to raise the price for the second half of the season if rental costs increase.

Payment for the 1st half of the season is due by September 30, 2026. Payment for the 2nd half is due by January 31, 2027.

Payments are always assigned to players in the club's KIS app, where they're also given the relevant variable symbols.

If a player is unable to pay the membership fees, we may be able to help through our social fund. In that case, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at praha@ambassadors.cz
